These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QB Advisors website and services. QB Advisors is operated by QB Solutions, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
1. Services
We provide QuickBooks technology services, including setup, migration, data import and cleanup, integrations, automation, payroll software setup, reporting and dashboards, training, health checks, and support. We are a technology provider and do not offer accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, or advice that requires a licensed CPA or CA. The final scope, features, and deliverables of any engagement are mutually agreed before work begins.
2. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, email, phone number, and any details needed to deliver the service. This information is used for communication, billing, and record-keeping. Incorrect or misleading information may affect service delivery.
3. Fees, payment, and recurring billing
Submitting a request through our site is a request for service. Depending on the service and the options available at the time, payment may be made by invoice or through our secure online payment gateway. Where online payment is enabled, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown for the service or plan you select. Work begins once payment (or your authorization) is received and confirmed, and delays in payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the service without liability to us.
Recurring plans. Recurring plans (such as the Priority Support Plan) are billed in advance on the term you select — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually — and renew automatically for the same term until you cancel. By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until the plan is cancelled in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Payment authorization. When you pay online, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the transaction is made voluntarily. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway using industry-standard safeguards, which may include address (AVS) and card security code (CVV) verification, to help prevent unauthorized use. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the data, documents, access, and approvals we reasonably need to perform the service. Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication may affect timelines, and we are not responsible for delays resulting from client-side inaction.
5. Maintenance and support
Post-delivery maintenance and support are not included unless explicitly agreed. Optional support plans may cover troubleshooting, minor updates, and technical assistance. Work beyond the original scope is subject to separate charges.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, illustrations, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. On completion and full payment, configuration and deliverables produced for you are yours to use in your business.
8. Third-party products
QuickBooks is a product and trademark of Intuit Inc. We are an independent service provider and are not Intuit. Use of QuickBooks and any third-party apps is subject to those providers' own terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
